What Makes You Overthink?

When you're in your 20s, it's easy to get caught up in your own head. You're constantly thinking about the future, and what you need to do to get there. But sometimes, all that thinking can lead to anxiety and feeling stuck.

Here are some tips for managing your thoughts, and getting unstuck:

1. Don't try to think about everything at once.

When you're feeling overwhelmed, it's easy to try and think about everything that's going on, and what you need to do. But that only leads to more anxiety and feeling stuck. Instead, focus on one thing at a time. Make a list of what you need to do, and then take it one step at a time.

2. Don't dwell on the negative.

It's easy to dwell on the negative, but it only leads to more anxiety and feeling stuck. Instead, focus on the positive. What are some things you're doing well? What are some things you're proud of?

3. Talk to someone.

If you're feeling stuck, talk to someone. They might be able to help you see things from a different perspective, and help you come up with a plan.

4. Take a break.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, take a break. Go for a walk, or take some time for yourself. Relax and recharge, so you can come back to the problem with a fresh perspective.

5. Trust yourself.

You know yourself better than anyone else. Trust your gut, and don't let anyone else control your life. You're the only one who knows what's best for you.
